Electric Locks - first thing hide spare key somewhere on the exterior. I've experienced the joy of lock out by Rottweiler. Running solar wires down the chase way for fridge along side of vent, that's where my solar was installed by dealer, No leaks. Check the rubber now, hoses, belts, plumbing, etc. even if already bought 14 year old components due tend towards wear. Definitely looks clean and well kept, enjoy.
well done Eric it just shows you never know whats round the corner only a few weeks ago you were overloading on stress trying to find away to get your transmission fixed and worrying your self and here you are not only did it get fixed but you were able to upgrade to a newer RV , you are truly bless my friend , I look forward to all the stupid troll follow ups and vids probably on there way right now ,

Congrats on your new 'home'. That fiberglass exterior will take more maintenance than the old fiberglass or aluminum. Also, keep a close watch on all seams and joints. Correct, flat roof is bad bad. Oh ya, Happy New Year to you and Jax!! When you hit NC, we are near the coast and camp right on the beach. Would love to hang with ya and share a brew or two. (lived in a 75 Tioga for 6 months on Cali coast and loved it)

+Nicklas Lindgård Finding a diesel engine in an older small class c would be very hard to find and maybe impossible to find. There are newer class c rvs with diesel engines but they tend to be large class c and are very expensive. There is a new breed of class b+ and c with diesel engines being introduced now but a 2016 is very expensive. Maybe in the future when some of these are 10 plus years in age..... then..... and only then.... will regular people be able to afford them. You are correct that a diesel tends to get better fuel acconomy.
+dave turner Ah thank you. Up here in Scandinavia is everyone a diesel engine. you can find some older rv around 1990 that are gasoline. but them are not many of. 2001 is new to me :D My speling is also not the best. :D
+Nicklas Lindgård I stand corrected. In your country and in other European countries small diesel motorhomes are the rule not the exception. In the USA it's just the opposite. There are more and more diesel engines being introduced and in the future these engines will become more common.
If your Dometic fridge door hinges are plastic, they have metal hinges you can order and install. The plastic door hinges break pretty easily with a full load on the door.
If I were you, I would be happier than a pig in chit with that upgrade. Your past RV's were on the git'r done side of life lol. This one really looks like something you'll appreciate living in full time. Congrats bud! Looking sharp!
