The realest parts of the story were from jailhouse. He couldn't have said anything realer than telling the world about how grimey going time really is. The guards for the most part don't give a damn, some of them are more corrupt then the prisoners. I experienced that first hand. The whole system is corrupt in some places. Terror dome lifestyle. There's no way to do more than 5 years and not have some form of hyper PTSD. It becomes burnt in the brain, the paranoia.

Ok I hope people aren’t believing what this guy is saying. He said Joe Morgan started the clicka and that’s not true. Huero Buff Flores came up with the idea of starting the M along with 12 others in the year 1957 at Tracy back when it was a youth Authority. Joe Morgan was inducted in the M in the 60s when he was already in his 40’s. He became a high ranking member cause he had the Heroin connect.

What does being white and wealthy have to do with wanting to watch gang shit on vlad tv. Many people from all backrounds just want to be entertained by vlad tv, nothing more to it
Do you feel better for making that comment? Did you get your "I'm not racist" dopamine fix and story you can share with your other upper middle class pretenders who are all against racism and absolutely not racist but still cross the street not to walk past a group of black men after dark. If you want to learn more about it then take your white ass to (insert preferred and nearest hood here) and report back how things went!
Having diversity is a plus! Learn as much as you can about all. We all share the planet
This interview had such great potential.. so sad 😢 wish I could listen to his side of his life story
Respect for the former Clantones, 18St standing strong through it all even a green light and keeping they Black members.
East Coast Crip.
It really feels like I’m watching a guy sit and listen to someone tell him his own life story. Vlad should have done this one.
Joey is full of it when it comes to the murder. Dude wasn't his boxing manager or promoter.. he was a junkie who killed a dude to rob him to buy drugs. Joey never addresses calling the victim a different name for years..
My Advice dont comment what you dont know no matter what state you live in
This man is true history in more ways then you will ever know
Damn bro let him tell it 😂if you want to hear the guest speak, go to 6:20 mark
Very powerful interview. Joey is friends with some of the best MLB players and hall of famers of the 80's & 90's. He tells a magnificent story.
GLAD PLEASE DO THIS INTERVIEW OVER THAT INTERVIEWER IS TERRIBLE 🤦♂️
What a peaceful man. People don't understand when you been through so much trauma all you want is peace.... God bless you so much wisdom, peace, patience, humble man. Bless you 🌳 ✌️

Joey “Charles Manson was a really sweet guy who would never hurt anybody” Torres.

@@CantTellYou … 1:09:35
Mansion wouldn’t kill nobody 🤔 but the family who believed in him did the dirty work they are still in prison 😳, Manson is a master manipulator very dangerous😮
Damn poor fuckin guy. It’s insane how ducked up your life can be yet you can be so grateful.
Man let your guest answer the questions without interrupting him ever minute
These click bait tittles. Can they do some homework on the questions they ask. They call this guy the founders of 18st. Can they do the math when 18st started and this guys age.
Makes no sense him being a "co founder" of 18 considering how 18 was founded in the 60's.
@@Mr.213Eyee-jj3us yup 👍🏻
There's different clicks within 18 street.
@andymercado-ty2ib that doesn't matter, the title says co founder of 18 st gang, not co founder of 18 st click
50s.
That’s what I was thinking. 18 st goes back to the 60s. But I guess saying co founding 18 st vs co founding a click give better views. None the less respect to og.
Thanks for the encouragement today OG at my work!!!
Morgan was not the founder the organization. You guys keep putting that credit on the man. Although he is a name and a face that's well known. It's like sonny barger he was probably the best known most famous leader of the hells angels. He was not a founder of the club he and others founded the Oakland charter and he was credited with moving the club forward worldwide
You don’t have to be a gangster for kids, let the man sob if he cares that deeply ❤ @ 53 minutes
Praise God, Joey Torres was able to tell his story 🙏 His pointers in life, his motivation, his intelligence, never giving up on hope, helping those who needed that one word of inspiration & encouragement. Wow, God bless you all, Joey & family. Your story had me intrigued. THANK YOU❤
Every time I'm ready to pay for the subscription...vlad stops doing the interviews 🤦♂️
"We gangsta's bro can't be doin that" sounds a real opportunist who never really been "like dat" only when the opportunity presented its self..
Let him tell you his story and then bring up these point of his story cus now you are going back and forth of the timeline of HIS life
Bruh, I'm pissed off that this cornball told this OG not to cry. Tasteless as hell. Homeboy is a complete human. Let the emotions hit him how they're supposed to smh. Talking bout "we supposed to be gangsters," when the OG is the only gangster present.
53:30 He's a gangster indeed... importantly . . . he is a HUMAN. Let him shed a tear. . . This interviewer SUCKS...but good guest😅
Right this Cavario guy is dumb
The last few days I've been stressed out. Then I saw this guy's interview about how he saved that females deputies life and the goon squad came and broke his legs for it. I realize that there's always somebody doing worse and it's better to just be thankful 🔥🔥🔥💪🏽
Keep that head up

This was an absolutely beautiful interview, I am an educator and taught in a rough part of South Central. This really gave me more power and strength to keep teaching bless up Joey, salute! Keep impacting our youth. 👊
My cousin who spent 7 years in Corcoran State Prison, he told me the Carnales wore bald heads because of Joe Morgan and showing respect for Joe Morgan because he had cancer that caused him to go bald ultimately leading to his death
Joe Morgan always had a shaved head if you see pictures of him going back to the 60’s his head was always bald his real placaso was COCOLISO the CDC gave him the nick name peg leg he hated that name.
Someone else needs to interview this guy
Dude says he didnt see the moon for 40 years but he got bonded out after 22… this dude full of it
He is a. fraud
Even Vlad knows and didnt do the interview with this guy
He was released for a couple of years, then got sent back
Mans a hero this interviewer on the other hand
Sending my respects, Boxer. I hope these words reach a lot of youngsters and convinces a lo of celebrities to give back in any way they can 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Alfredo died in Mexico but the Barajas twins founded 18th Street. Alex sells salsa.
Do they ever talk about 18th St in this interview?
Almost 10 minutes into this interview and I’m starting to wonder who’s here to tell his story…
Man OG Needa Too Start His Own Pod Cast Neta . OG Has Mad Escuela To Offer These Youngsters. I'm 27 and This Is The Mentality That I'm Blessed To Have And The Morales I Uphold. Ain't no shame in Showing Emotions Fuk This Vato A real Gangsta Ain't scared to show how he feels cuz At The End of the day Even When Showing misinterpreted Vulnerability you know ur thug to the bone and won't hesitate to Fuk shit up If Need Be. OG Boxer Is A Fukn Veterano He Fought his battles in the front line and manifested A Better Life For Himself and Choose to help ppl . Los Echos Son Los Que Determinan SI Eres Hombre No Sis Lloras Afrebte de Gente o No 🙏💯🇲🇽 XVIII
So they told him to plead guilty for a certain prison time and then the judge took his guilty plea and revoked the time they offered him and then broke him off. That sounds about right about the illegal system. I’ve been effed by the system too.
Nothing but respect - Old school, old rules - He knows attacking women or kids ain't it. There's a bit of savage in me and I would of backed padre up in that scenario. Life or death.
This man is strong minded after 40 years in prison..glad he's living his life now
i’m not
I literally don’t even need to watch the entire interview anymore I know everything in the first 5 minutes. VLAD GET THIS DUDE OUT OF HERE.
My man is watching this dude interview himself. He can't stop talking.
Guest starts speaking AFTER 6:00
I’m not a fan of gang members but this man has my respect I love that he said who hurts women and children I wish all gang members were like this
Love the interview but would have liked to hear his story from the beginning to now.
Man I was touched by this man’s story Frfr mad respect 🫡
Ain’t nobody to gangster to cry man it’s a damn good reason and you wrong for shutting the man down pretending you know how he feels he’s helped so many for him not to feel a certain way about what he did respect Torres💯
This dude don’t seem old enough to have started 18street.
He didn’t. He’s taking everyone for a ride. My Tio is second generation 18thST in his late 60’s I showed him this interview and it just made my uncle mad. First of all 18thST started in 65 this cat was only 5 years old. Second he says it started on 7th and broadway and that’s another lie cause 18th started in Pico unión on Arapaho and 18 and they were first called little 18 and the first click wasn’t Tiny winos it was the tiny locos my uncle is from the Malditos which is 3rd or 4th clikck they had. Then my uncle goes turn this BS off. Called his older homeboys mine you I said my uncle is in his late 60 and he’s running a make with his older homeboys and no one remembers this dude.
@dannymendoza4197 I remember the 18 Streeters of the mid-1960s, they were getting their vietnam Draft notices on their last year of high school around 1966 through 1968 time period, I'm saying the ones , group that I knew back then, they'd be in their early 70's by now, the ones who are still around, some didn't get drafted because they served time incarcerated, very few are around from that time frame, Berendo/ Virgil jhs, belmont/ l.a. high I grew up on the west side of dtla, 💥👍🍺
@@berzerker1100 lived on 11th and Alvarado then moved to 6th and Witmer went to Hoover elementary virgil then Belmont . I know a lot of the older guys in their 60’s and down. My uncle is chinPostman and he’s 65 and don’t know who this dude is.
@dannymendoza4197 I went to Hoover st sch. Got to Berendo in 1970, a lot of pleito w the mayates lol..Also, my brother went to magnolia st. Berendo & Belmont, we knew the ppl from Clanton 14 & 18 & harpys the playboys & a few others. Lefty; James garcia from w/s 18 went to Hoover Street school. He was a few years older than me I remember his younger brother Michael, Lefty was shotguned to death in the Ramona gardens around 1973 it was big news then I remember his uncle Edgar, once we and a few others went to Santo Tomas catholic church on Pico & Normandie for Sunday mass ,I lived on 9th st & Westmoreland, as you probably know 9th st was changed to Woods blvd. But I do remember the Older dudes from 18th st 1967- 69 living there as my neighbors they were like 8 years older than me, Rocky/ dopey/ satch/ Hershey/ cowboy/ huero/ crazy- Joe etc.. those guys were Born like 1950 give or take, I was still in Hoover but these older guys lived in the same building as I did, in the mid sixties, memories, just saying 🍺💥👍
@dannymendoza4197 did your uncle attend Berendo Jr hi ? 1970- 72, that's when I went there, I might have known him, ¿quien sabe?
Ok I hope people aren’t believing what this guy is saying. He said Joe Morgan started the clicka and that’s not true. Huero Buff Flores came up with the idea of starting the M along with 12 others in the year 1957 at Tracy back when it was a youth Authority. Joe Morgan was inducted in the M in the 60s when he was already in his 40’s. He became a high ranking member cause he had the Heroin connect.
Joey your a good man and you expressing yourself and getting emotional is okay . I see how passionate you are , you keep being you .
What was the point of even having the guest there? The interviewer should have just told the story himself.
Bad ass interview!!! Shout to Joey for being a real solid ass dude!!!!💯💯💯💯
