Patience is key, everyone. Worked wonders on my 10's after one, albeit lengthy, session. I found it helpful to stretch and rub the leather around trouble areas while it's still hot.

One of the best videos I’ve seen on this. Thank you! I tried it on my leather dress shoes and it worked well. I would highly recommend putting in some cedar wood shoe trees and maybe some newspaper for the toe box as my shoes look even better the day after now I have re laced them and banged some shoes trees in.

Really good and informative video! The thing is though, whenever you wear them again they’re just going to get creased again. Even with the decreasers yes you’re not going to see creases in the toe box but just below where it ends the creases have to go somewhere. Also the midsole creases will come back. You might as well stop worrying about creases. They’re part of leather. If you use a shoe tree and clean them up every so often it will help.

Are these tumbled leather? Because I heard that the ironing technique can damage tumbled leather. I got a pair of alternate motorsport 4s that are tumbled leather and crease really easily and I wanna use this method, but I'm afraid it might damage the shoes

i feel like this degree of OCD brings a level of anxiety to enjoying sneakers that detracts from the experience. I personally only clean or touch up once in a while, never going as far as ironing and modifying my shoe. Plus the creasing give it age and character imo.

Emmanuel Namikaze its the midsole... Its just phylon. Its been a known thing for years. Theres a video from restoremysneakers from 2011 saying this same method from this video and saying it works to remove creases from leather and the phylon midsoles with a steamer.

sadly yes but its more of a feel and less of a look you will feel the difference but you wont really see it so it depends on what more important for you
