A really amazing series of finals for both the upper bracket, lower bracket, and then ultimate grand finals. If there are more competitions like this in 2025 it may not be so bad for SC2 after all.
Yes. A day or so earlier, he even thought the bracket was over when he still had one more game to go. I think he needed to take a break at this point. Funny enough he ended up facing MaxPax again in a Monday night tournament. Great game.
A lot of crying/comments over the new patch. Which I think is premature because the meta usually settles down after 3 months. But I took a big break from watching SC. Over a year. And part of why is that I'm admittedly a protoss fan. And the two most fun to watch are Hero and Maxpax, because they're all aggression all the time. But a couple years ago I watched way too many matches of those two dealing really solid damage right out the gate. And then... struggle anyways. Like consistently killing 6-8 workers didn't really translate to an advantage or strong mid game. It's good to see top tier aggression-protoss not getting stuck on blink stalker so often.
1:00 in the super smash bros melee community, what constitutes "local, regional, major, and supermajor" tournaments is the amount of players and how many players in the top 15 are attending
I was saying to someone earlier that clems new weakness is somehow TvP since he doesn’t play TvT anymore, and his TvZ is the best in the world. So his new weakness is playing against Toss
Anyone, why is it that no zerg bothers making at least a couple mutalisks when fighting against protons since the oracle start is just a given at this point? Just for context, I don't play ST2 mp, only campaigns, but it boggles my mind watching serral lose so many drones on a goose chase with his queens, and it's serral, an absolute abnormal human, so I can only imagine normal people GGing quite fast.
rushing mutas at that timing is bearly even possible or not possible, you would be fucking your build so much it would do more damage than the oracles need to justify themselves being built, and more
