Great video! I'm mostly a Traxxas guy, but my Fireteam is AWESOME! It's very rugged stock, and I love the scale military look. I just wish Arrma would copy Traxxas when it comes to holding the batteries and holding the body. My X-Maxx is way more user friendly. And I wish the Fireteam had stability-control stock instead of the brake feature, since I never use the brake.
I have them both & they are both beasts I jump the Fireteam more but the Mojave is my favorite it has insane power on demand & just rips any terrain. And taking them both out is epic.
Awesome video man. Many on the fence of which to choose. Especially with Horizon offering the Fireteam at $399.99 for Black Friday. I "had to" get the Fireteam at that price 😁. Great content confirming my choice!! Patiently waiting delivery!!
Nice run I have both & each one has its own feel but both bring a smile to your face. I managed to kill the esc in the Mojave so I replaced it with the same one & the fire team I had to replace a front bearing which I see allot of people blowing them out I replaced it with Fast Eddy’s bearings it was my fault though when you run into a large metal trash container at speed it’s never a good thing but that’s why it’s called bashing. As far as jumping the Fire Team flies well it’s a lot heavier then the Mojave so it seems to stick to the ground better but you can hear & feel the weight of it when it lands. The Mojave is a good jumper also but I like keeping it on the ground ripping around. It’s definitely time to change the tires 😂
I like the ARRMA 6s lineup. Different styles, different length of chassis and everything else is exchangeable. You want ot make your Talion longer? No problem, take the mojave plate, change bones, ready. Wider Fireteam?? Use the arms of talion, kraton, take the wheels you want etc. But at the moment, i just enjoy having the Mojave Rtr, changed Motor to a Ezrun Max 6 with the 1650kv and a 16t gear. Same speed, less temperature, more torque and longer runtime. The only thing i don't like is, that the rear bearings wear out fast and some diff issues. Maybe i'll find something with non straight teeth, so that abrasion on the Diff and main input gear isn't that high anymore. I didn't handled it gently, also not too rough, somehow gave it hell and as i have seen on other channels, those cars can take a way higher level fo beating, that i won't do to it. After 100 loads, i just broke a front arm, changed front and rear diff, mid diff and the main input gear in the front once, the rear one twice. The original servo is also something, that has to be tuned to a stronger more precise one. The original motor died around 60 loads. The bearings of the motor were getting lose and the motor heated up and blocked totally. It survived full front hit with 30mph on the edge a tree stump, it survived a lot of 50ft far jumps, landing sideways, endless roll overs nearly at top speed and it even fell into a small creek in the near of my garden, after it won't stop roll over. For about 15 seconds it was completely under water. Shook the water off and kept on driving. XD XD Hell, i love the Mojave! I did my first speedruns, to check out, how fast is this??? The standard gear got up to 92km/h (57mph), out of box! Testing the high speed gear, they had delivered, i started sweating bullets. Never thought a broad concrete street could feel that tight. At the end the gps showed 108km/h (67mph). I took time to get comfort in driving this hell of a well build RTR. A true ground-to-ground rocket.
I’m a beginner after a 20 year break now that I have toddler boys I’m getting back into the hobby. I have a Typhon 3s that is fun as heck. If you had to recommend one and money is not an issue, would you recommend the Fireteam 6s or Mojave 6s for someone like myself?
So I want to get back in this hobby, I want an off road basher and an on road drift I was looking at the arrma felony for road and one of the two in the video for off road bashing which is best for off road in your opinion I can't make my mind up I love the look and performance of both 😀
@@rcbeast101 Well, it is not a little but a lit wider than the Mojave. The Mojave is more nimble. For bashing I prefer the Fireteam (after removing the gunmen).
@@EricLaermans What body did you use to convert it? I saw one video that said the Losi 3XLE body works and another stated an HPI body works but I don't remember which one.
Can anyone help me these two are exactly the same price The Arrma Mojave Exb or Arrma Fireteam RTR. which one should I buy I have electronics for Mojave but can return. please anyone some feedback please???
After seeing this definitely grabbing the fireteam 6s!!! Love the content
Great video bro, the channel is 🔥🔥 keep up the good work T! 💪
Thanks
@@rcbeast101 👍💯

Fireteam is faster out the box and you can put more tires on it but I give them both a 10 to Mojave is more durable
What you talkin bout Willis LOL sword is putting a Beatdown on both of them too
Arrma tough 💪
Looking good pal nice video like the arrma fireteam 6s that's nuts on 6s bro so fast 😳😬

I like the Mojave a little better.I had 3 breaks on the fireteam already in a month. I had the Mojave for a year and had one break.

Both are awesome, but I like Mojave a little more only because I only broke it once after a year. The Fireteam is just as good. Hopefully, that helps.
Great bashing both Rc’s are beasts 👍🏾💯
Thanks

I'm in the same boat rn, what did you decide to go with?
I like the Mojave better, but both are awesome .
Dope video
Spent years with Adam! Bought about 20 RC’s from him. Ask him about Crazy Chinese Chiropractic adjustments! Lol😅
Great that you gave them both a 10 overall. But wouldn't you agree that the Fireteam is a little more stable than the Mojave?
True a little more stable
@@rcbeast101 A little? That wheelbase does it for me 😀!
?

I’m from Philly/Montgomery county and I recognize this spot?
Can anyone help me these two are exactly the same price The Arrma Mojave Exb or Arrma Fireteam RTR. which one should I buy I have electronics for Mojave but can return. please anyone some feedback please???
I would get the Fireteam because it's on sale $399.
Mojave 6s is $499 on Amazon right now!
Awesome price 👌
Going Ham!!
They gear them so low from factory u could probably go another 2-3 teeth with no heat issue
This truck is on sale right now for just 390
That's awesome deal
Where is that?
Elkins park area don't remember the parks name.
I got 53 on my firearms without a gear change and with a 16 tooth man I got 64
Sounds about right it's a beast 💪
😍👍
Man my Mojave almost has too much power on 6s. And it rolls really easy
Do you ever run your Mojave 6s on a 4s 100c+ battery?
I always run on 6s.
