London park squirrels are a real savvy bunch of smooth operators 😂 They never miss a trick or an opportunity & can spot a human with food from 500 yards… A long time ago, I was on a date with a girl & we were walking through Regent’s Park. We’d bought a small bag of nuts to see if we could tempt a squirrel to come to us. Within 30 seconds of us opening the bag we had over a dozen advancing on us & they didn’t stop coming. Even after the bag was empty a fair few of them kept following us around for quite a while looking for more 🏃🏼🏃🏻♀️🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿🐿😂

Rodents really love nut butters and peanut butter has such a strong alluring smell that from, mice to gerbils to squirrels you can see they love it but they shouldnt get too much, its too sugary if its just normal peanutbutter so try not to get robbed if you can help it lol

You should have seen the absurd fight over scraps, left in a glass jar of bird peanut butter, in my feeding tree. A greedy starling was trying to eat the remains, when a cheeky (red) squirrel showed up. Wanting his share. Then came a growl from inside the jar. I had NO idea a bird could make such a hostile sound ! That starling was in a bad mood... 😮😅❤ my local starl

My Sweet Pea(Momma) was severely injured and one side of her jaw(mandable) was broken and she couldn't eat. All while still nursing her babies. I made homemade nut butter using organic plain pecans, cashews, almonds and peanuts. I mixed them in a blender with a little olive. It tastes great and my sweet girl loved it. It saved her life and her babies. She lived as did her babies and they are all doing well and wintering together to stay warm.

My squirrel Rocky choked on peanut butter, too. He made that same noise. It scared me so bad that I only gave him teeny bits at a time. They love it so much that they eat it like it's going to disappear! Silly guys! You must adore squirrels like I do. They are my favorite animal! ❤

I live in Oregon and I mostly have Douglas Fir squirrels here. They are a lot smaller than your squirrels. They are some of the funniest creatures alive. I love your videos.

I nail my empty peanut butter jars to a piece of wood on my deck. The Eastern grey squirrels clean the jars so well I can put them straight into the recycle box! And my squirrely friends get a sweet snack along with the healthy seed I put out too. 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦
I've put out some peanuts for the squirrels that visit my 2nd floor porch. 😊 Hoping this summer I can hang out in the far corner of my porch and they will continue eating the food from the other side with me out there. I'd love a chance to film them from out there rather than only out my windows like i've been doing since late Oct. 🥰
We have fed our fur kids for years with whatever we could find, and sometimes black oil sunflower seeds I came upon 480 lbs. of pb in one ounce squeeze packs that a school district was getting rid of. (expired) My squirrels love it! I just put it on squares of cardboard and toss em' out on my upper porch and yard. I have to clean up the squares later but my 25 or so buddies are well fed!
It's so funny to me how (from my personal experience) peanuts and peanut butter are nearly every animals' favorite snack. So many go CRAZY for peanuts.

Try this: Toast bread, spread with peanut butter, cut into paw sized squares. They love it and can all eat together! So cute to see!😀
