I've learned not to allow a prescription to become a lifelong crutch. By tweaking my diet (reducing sugar intake), fasting combined with power walking, and drinking mineral water before bed and when i wake up, my body no longer required certain prescriptions to regulate itself. I'm 51 but i feel like I'm 27. Advanced aging is an outward expressing of our state of mind, so, learn all you can about you and biology while you can and spread the love, it seems to be innate for us to hate one another.
