Sure appreciate the time you spent putting these videos together for the P-32 truck frame maintenance. Great content!
I notice several Trek owners have already followed your lead and changed out their brake booster system. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the feedback. The booster is a really good upgrade. I’m working on some videos on suspension and steering upgrades / fixes. Should have them out soon.

Appreciate this video. You removed a lot of the mystery about doing this kind of maintenance work. I noticed it mentioned below about a hydraulic jack. Using the levelers saves weights in this regard- money too!

Thank you. I have done a ton of work on mine. I'm still learning. Check out Trek Trax forum if you aren't already a member. There are some super helpful and extremely knowledgable Trek owners on there.

Friday noon MST I would like to know how you made those wooden blocks with the straps. Dimensions kind of wood, materials needed. Thanks

Why did you replace the springs? Looks like they were super steering springs in there, BTW you can get the Moog ball joints for half the price of what SS sells them for

Nice, but I'd love to know more about the hydraulic lifts:

I have an ‘88 super chief 31QR and was wondering if a 4 ton hydraulic jack would be enough to jack up a corner at a time to put it on stands? Otherwise the only other way I can think to lift it is cutting a 2x12 into 12x12 squares nailing a bunch together so I can use a 10 ton bottle jack to lift up an axle at a time.
Currently it’s a no crank, I just replaced the continuous duty solenoid and I hav rust to see if that fixed the no start but it sat for a while and it might have electrical damage from rodents In the back so I’m not certain the levelers will work.

Just get a 20 ton from harbor freight. It's heavy but lifts my 1999 f53 motormone no problem

Harbor freight has 20 ton bottle jacks for about $39.

Thank you for the feedback. I don't mind spending money on tools but also try to save where I can. In this case, the vehicle has a hydraulic system that is completely capable of lifting it off the ground. With proper safety blocks / stands its a lot faster and safer to use the hydraulic system. Too each his own though. Just be careful with that cheap jack. It'll probably work just good enough to kill you.

In the manual for the power gear levelers, it says you’re not supposed to do exactly what you did with them?

Hmm. Not sure why. It works well.
