ive been struggling with anorexia and bulimia for 3 months now and lost 50 pounds. i would say im happy with it but not in the way i wanted to be happy bc I didn't do it how i wanted to and how i wanted to manage it. for me also like compliments i mean i know they have nice intentions and some people dont mean it in a mean way but a compliment for me isn't a compliment. its something that i take personally in like i should keep doing what im doing bc people finally like me and are bringing it up. I don't like it. I don't like going through it and like the communities that support this that i got sucked into doesn't help. with nessa's song about it i cant listen to it anymore if i do i zone out or i start crying. its a hard thing to go through and im sure no one wants to. i hate seeing young girls say they want to have it so they can lose weight but its not a good way to do it. if u start you can't stop
thats how i started, i told myself that once i get to my gw i would do it healthy but that didn't happen sadly
