Where are the high areas versus low more flood zone areas?
Thank you for watching my video. As far as flood zones, that will vary throughout our area. The county has the flood zone assessment that we can look, and see if a particular home is in a flood zone. Our geography varies greatly here.

@@HomesByStrand Just drive down Silverdale Way. Right by the Walgrens behind the Sheriff's Office. So you might say our homeless live in the safest part of city.

Thank you for watching my video! As far as needing to see videos from the "inside", are you referring to "inside" homes, or "inside" the different cities? Let me know. And, as far as voting, all of Western Washington is more democratic leaning. And, because of "fair housing laws", legally I cannot state anything about crime rates for any particular area. Those types of videos are called listing videos, and they really don't get much views simply because the pictures and virtual tours for almost all the homes for sale are already available online. If you are looking to move to our local area, then I get a buyer set up in the Multiple Listing Service, where the buyer will have access to all of the listings available, including pictures & virtual tours, etc. I hope that makes sense.
