The recording provided by her niece, a very important evidence. Why she was found in the entrance way or lost her life there, it does not add up. May need to find the vendor of the belt and time of purchase.
It's hard to not be harsh regarding this man's account of finding his wife deceased. Memorising what was he was watching? Any emotion registering when describing her death? Did he need to be with soneone else? I realise the court case is in session so I'll leave it for others to make their minds. 😮
Verify the Netflix activity .. and drafting a mail .. is like digital albly.. body language and demonor showed no trauma .. while recounting how he discovered the body .. rest NZ police would get to the bottom of this . Sad happening.
omg? he made a little 'joke'? har har. how long after his wife being 'found dead' was this interview? he seems to be holding up rather well considering. rather cheerful. oh wow............she was 'found dead' JUST THAT MORNING? no love lost with those two by the look and sound of him.
@@zoeknap9777 - Well before the floods, I saw a rich white man, rosy cheeks, walking in the sun, from my right to left, with a brick wall behind him. I had the impression he was a lawyer or Judge. He was looking at me with a very wicked grin. I could only see the left side of his face. A VERY Wicked grin. As this trial has progressed, I look with horror, that the man I saw was more than likely Polkinghorne. But there are others watching (not me), who know.
The way he says "she", is in a distancing way. He fumbles with his words and talks about things that aren't important....in a very so matter in fact way. He has no sadness or grief in his expression. If you look at one of the photos with his barristers walking, he has dupers delight written all over his face, plus he covers his mouth in court. My gut says hes guilty, even without much information.
he's not helping himself by adding in funny little details. I agree he looks very relaxed and not upset
Matter of factly recounts.... the aftermeth
His wife was a light for others, and he took that light away...
He doesn't seem overly upset
He done it

Most normal people would be struggling to express themselves the morning of the death of their spouse
He needs to stop speaking, not doing himself any favours.
why is his hand on his head? gard damn. that looks suspect straight away.
Going into lots of superfluous details and deviations
Mansfield is knocking them out of the park so far. This case is struggling.
(Zoë’s Mumma )Mansfield is ) “knocking them out of the park” hardly….
