SB19 is preparing for their Simula at Wakas era while pursuing their solo careers recently. The most recent SB 19' s leader released 2 solo albums ALON and LAON last September consecutively for a week. Please react to all of his albums you'll be amazed. He sings in different genres. Both are masterpieces.
FYI SB 19 is self- managed. Their leader Pablo is the songwriter, composer, producer and arranger of almost all of their songs. He is the main rapper and lead vocalist of the group.He is also their CEO of their own company. Justin the other member is their creative director. Stell the one who sings high notes is the main vocalist and choreographer alongside kuya Jay Joseph. Ken and Josh are also songwriters and producers. They always perform live never lip sync just pure vocals and talent. No big network to back them up.
Can you do a reaction on Filipino crowd in a concert. It’s quite remarkable when the crowd sings to the artist. Not shouting but singing. Have a look at The Corrs, Maroon 5 concerts in Manila
That’s an Asian thing, I think. In Japan, they call it “honne-Tatemae” which is basically you show only politeness and formality to those outside your circle (family, neighborhood, friend group, company, etc) and be more relaxed and frank with those inside your circle. It’s basically not showing your cards to those you don’t know well. It’s a means of conflict avoidance. We fight with those inside our circle because the shared culture makes us more comfortable and we know pretty much how the conflict will resolve itself. 😅
