My guess is that its not likely, I was in the beta for a long time - experiences and feel were kinda great... till you realised that they worked very hard to make AI believeable and on top of that gave the bots names from other players... Made mostly everyone think they were fighting real people. After realising, it made the whole thing seem hollow and fake. On top of that, why would anyone do that - my guess is that something is up, either their netcode isnt good enough or the balance is totally off when fighting real players. It seems shady and it made me totally loose faith in the whole thing. Bonus info, the beta questionaires were sent out while everyone was fighting bots and having their experience shaped, which made all reported feedback totally skewed and not reflective of the actual situation. How are they supposed to tailor the game to what the testers are experiencing if they are playing something that isnt what the final game will be?
