Here is what I ASSUME for the first comic...
> Luigi and Daisy have consistently shown Laura that they love her
> The rule "Laura will NOT play with balls in the house" was made clear beforehand (including the consequences) - SHOULD BE RATIONAL AND FAIR
> No compromises were made after the rule was established
Here is what I HOPE WILL HAPPEN LATER for the first comic...
> Luigi will NOT cancel the punishment Laura is receiving (if it is not yet complete)
> (After the punishment is complete) Laura will sincerely apologize to Daisy for her disobedience. (This includes not repeating it in the future)
> Daisy will accept the apology, hug Laura, speak nicely/softly to her. (The key message should be "I still love you, sweetheart") I SHOULD SAY THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, as if this step is skipped Laura may think that Daisy does not love her anymore.

I think the real reason Peach gave Luigi more 1-ups is because, like, NOBODY cares for him most of the time. Luigi even went in a mansion FULL of his worst fears (ghosts) to SAVE Mario and what did he get? NOTHING. No thanks for him AT ALL. As if nothing happened to mario at all! Why nintendo?! WHY?!
