For me I was thinking to use that money for ads or inventories, because I outsource for example social media manager and I thought its more worth spend the money for my business from my 9-5 job so my business can grow. I outsource fb ads manager but I end losing money for 4 months. Its really tough :(
You're 100% right to recommend that people outsource work to others, because that move was instrumental towards me taking a business that was five figures and profitable to, in 2020 no less, nearly $200K. I couldn't have scaled and grown without my two team-mates. I happily invest in them...because it's a worthwhile investment in my business! :) More people need to hear this...and then act on it. Lots of helpful tips, thank you, but what I don't get is, and I've heard this from other sources too... to not focus on small admin tasks like getting social media posts out there. But in hind sight it's always their big following they've cultivated that has gotten them to where they are. Like mentioned in the beginning, you said for that 12 months you grew a good amount of following and was able to sell in over 60 locations etc after around 14-15 months? Wasn't that time spent on social media building that following what got you there? Not trying to be a negative Nancy or anything, I just really want to figure this out for myself. In the beginning, you're going to be the jack of all trades and that includes all the small admin tasks. I think a lot of these popular social media business people don't mention everything they did to really get them there. Building a business is something that takes time and a ton of work. Some influencers get lucky and the platform starts to push their stuff to more people, so they explode and as they explode they don't have to post as much cause people are getting sent to them regardless. I'd say focus on the small admin tasks cause that's the work that'll get you there.

Umm there are several people online & on RUclips who have done these types of videos talking about what they would do if they were broke & the steps they would take. This is not a new form of content & Tatiana is not the first one by any means to make this kind of video. It’s people sharing their experiences & insight; that’s not copying. The layout is similar, but the storyline is personal. Not to mention that this girl built her business before Tatiana ever took off on hers. So one person sharing their tips before the other is not copying. Content ideas are used across the internet; it’s personal experiences & how they applied them that may be similar, but are unique to the person sharing them.

In the beginning, you're going to be the jack of all trades and that includes all the small admin tasks. I think a lot of these popular social media business people don't mention everything they did to really get them there. Building a business is something that takes time and a ton of work. Some influencers get lucky and the platform starts to push their stuff to more people, so they explode and as they explode they don't have to post as much cause people are getting sent to them regardless. I'd say focus on the small admin tasks cause that's the work that'll get you there.

Umm there are several people online & on RUclips who have done these types of videos talking about what they would do if they were broke & the steps they would take. This is not a new form of content & Tatiana is not the first one by any means to make this kind of video. It’s people sharing their experiences & insight; that’s not copying. The layout is similar, but the storyline is personal. Not to mention that this girl built her business before Tatiana ever took off on hers. So one person sharing their tips before the other is not copying. Content ideas are used across the internet; it’s personal experiences & how they applied them that may be similar, but are unique to the person sharing them.
