Forgot to mention the TTU, which is basically bringing the trains up to the same standard as a waratah train. This includes CCTV, Electronic Destination Screens (Same seen in B Sets), push button gangway doors, upgraded air conditioning, mechanical changes and driver/guard cab upgrades. The project started in 2019, with 2 sets in there (can't remember the names), unfortunately due to coronavirus the project keeps on getting delayed and pushed back. Would love to see these upgraded trains in service. Great video!
Also talking about the windows, this is due to the triple glazed tint that they use, which has slowly deteriorated over time, surprised they haven't fixed this.
When stage 2 of the TTU is complete all the seats can be reversible & destination boards will be installed inside & outside the train similar to the Waratahs.
Probably why T65 has new gangways, a trial for all Tangara’s to have in the future, so that sound is no longer a thing, some Waratahs however make a similar sound but not as loud.

Because its Actually a G set if you Cgnage G set to sydney trains the name on the train becomes "T" because T set and G set are like the same

I think it might be the train filling up with air or something. Oscars do it to but its not as loud.
i think it is the train releasing hydraulic pressure
I’m a train driver I do drive it the sound is the moter pushing the air out so it’s not dairty

No the seats won't be in the upgrade.
