Hi everyone,
This video is me chatting to you guys about whats been happening since my last vlog. Honestly, sometimes its difficult for me to find the motivation to film and edit but I've been on annual leave for the past week where I've had a bit more free time. At first I was hesitant in sharing that I got counselling because of what I've experienced whilst working during a pandemic, but mental health and wellbeing awareness remains a huge topic in healthcare at the moment and this is the reality some nurses are going through. Sometimes we find it hard to speak to people about what we've seen on the wards because things are just unbelievable and something that not everyone can easily picture or relate too. But like I mentioned, things are getting better at work and we no longer have to wear full PPE! I just hope it carries on like this!
