    Good, short video. Wayne Thieband's test plate of the ocean scene was excellent, & I found the scratching of the plates with a sharp tool by Tom Marioni pretty interesting.

    You can also paint a resist (home made butimen ball ground in my case) and then place course sandpaper sheet on top, with paper on the bottom of the plate protecting the platen. Run the thing several times, where the finer the paper the more times you run it through. so 250-300 grit is maybe 6 to 10 times. Every time you run it through the press, you reposition the sand paper a bit to get more marks. When done send it to the acid and let it bite. the bite will be different time from regular line, do a test strip first.
