Hey Talli Faye! Glad you’re feeling better. ❤These are my hubby’s favourite cookies! I absolutely agree that fall cooking is taking it’s time getting here😅 Get some rest and take care!
Kathie says…Thank you for the great-looking cookie recipe!! I will make them very soon. I love it that the recipe is for a small amount…perfect for two people and a batch for the freezer! Gosh, I hope that your shoulder starts feeling better!! 🙏🏻 You are a Sweet Heart !!
Peanut butter cookies, and Tole house cookies are some of my favorites. So I know I love these!!!I have never seen the cookie sheet popped down like that before. I do it with cake batter to get out air bubbles, but that was a first for me!!! ❤
I've NEVER, in all the years of being in a family of cooks, and Bakers have seen ANYONE, Bang a tray of cookies and make them look so perfectly crackled. Your a Genius ! My only addition is to spray butter on top after crackling, and put back in a broiler at 500 degrees long enough to brown the crackled edges to a show case look. Cookies still come out chewy, but crunchy. Beso's to you and your Kitchen.
In the words of cookie monster ahhhhm nahhhhm lol aint gonna lie, i watch the videos because of your accent, and funny stuffs the recipes a bonus 😂 never a dull moment with you Talli ❤
Happy you are better too! And…you can absolutely use crunchy peanut butter in your peanut butter cookies! Just makes them better, in my opinion, with the crunch…I enjoy your videos! Thanks so much…🥰
As many cookies, etc. that I made at Christmas to make cookie trays to giveaway, I don't believe I have ever made a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Something so obvious that you don't think about it. Thank you for making these. I am going to have to remember this when I start my baking.
Those looked amazing. I'm sure they tasted even better. Someone taught me a trick with parchment paper that tames it. Once you cut it off, crumple it up, and then you can place it wherever you want without fighting it. One of the best tricks ever. Glad you're feeling better. Hoping for continued progress in healing.
Here in Canada, our largest grocery store chain has a Grneric Label of products that are very good quality. Called President’s Choice. They make an awesome Chocolate Chip Cookie and as well as PB variation. It’s awesome!
Yes, you can always use crunchy peanut butter in your cookies. I've done it both ways forever. I also make Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Cookies. They are great too. One time I even made some small Buckeye balls and wrapped a peanut butter cookie dough around it before baking. They tasted a lot like a peanut butter cup-yummy!
Love you Miss Talli hope you get better soon I love you’re recipes and you god bless now I better get to my chores have a great day it’s all about being in the kitchen and don’t be scared don’t be scared ❤ take care talk later
Your cookies look great Talli Faye !! I’m glad you’re feeling better but please don’t over do and strain your ribs !! Another good addition to peanut butter cookies is coconut and chopped pecans , about 1/2 cup of each or 1 cup if only adding one choice ( I like using both ) or more if you prefer!! God bless ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈
OMGOSH Girlfriend, my favorite cookie is peanut butter ❤. I was thinking when you added cornstarch, it would have been a crunchy cookie dough. I’m surprised 😮 it’s not. I love chewy cookie’s, to me they taste better. I also liked the sausage balls you made. With the taste you had, could they have like a sweet/sour sauce on them or a sweet chili sauce with grape jelly or cranberry orange sauce on them?? Just asking your opinion ❤ I would want a sauce of some kind, I think. Love you 💕🙏🙏 Your KeyLime Friend ❤
@@jeannetaylor2217 I forgot but was going to ask yall for ideas on a dipping sauce!… I am an avid dipper!!🤪… I was wondering what would be good for this!
Mrs Talli Faye, If I was making cookies I would have huge balls large balls medium balls and small balls my cookies would look deformed. Lol 😂😂😂. I'm so glad youre feeling much better ❤❤❤.
I noticed your box of baking soda in a bag. Those boxes are a pain in the neck - so when I buy a new box, I put the contents in an air tight container and label it. Much easier to work with than those crazy boxes.
Yummy GF!!! I guess we have to thank your daughter for this video. That was a wonderful idea! You make it look easy. Sorry you’re still tender in the ribs and shoulder. You’ll be ok in due time, which means you gotta take it slow and easy my friend. You seem like one of those people that has two speeds…full steam ahead or stopped. 😆🥰 Am I right!?! ☺️ Thanks for your blessings. Healing blessings for you! 🌹❤️🌹🙋🏻♀️✌️Take Care.
When I make cookies I try to double the recipe so I can have some uncooked dough in the freezer. My grandkids think I'm the best Nana in the world because when they come over, we get to bake cookies.
