You have so much gear! I just bought some new fitness gear, and now I’m realizing I have nowhere to put it. I definitely have to clean and organize like you have. Cleaning really does get overwhelming at times.
I didn't realize how much gear you would have being in the military. You HAVE to be super organized to manage all of that. One of my favorite tricks for regular organizing is using clear bins that you can see what it in them & LABELS! I love labels.

Not sure if you’ll see this comment, BUT I’m case you do, I’m curious (mil spouse here) how you categorized items for example what stuff did you put in the duffel bag, foot locker/tuff box, gray colored tote?? I’m just trying to decide on a grouping system and interested in how you divided things up in the basement area (other than differentiating between your stuff and your husband’s gear).
For me i was mostly separating my stuff from his and the old pattern from the new pattern. Also separating things from what we own, from things the government owns so we always are keeping track of things we will one day return. Also gear that is actually used from gear that the army just gives you “just in case”.
Do you have any favorite tricks for keeping all your service members gear sorted?

I’m not in the military or have family in the military, but girl I sooo know what you mean. I struggle with this daily. It’s never ending!
