I think metalheads are using the ts808 for their rigs. It's in every modeler/ profiler too which is awesome because it's something most people can put in their signal chain (analog or digital).
@@ethanhusak oh man, strats are what guitar is all about as far as I’m concerned. I even invented a new method of coil-splitting to make humbucker guitars sound more fender-y!
The best overdrive is a cranked tube amp. If you need an overdrive pedal, it's because you got a too powerful amp. Try low wattage amp and crank it. Various power tubes will give you various overdrive sounds.

Yeah definitely! There are so many iterations of the same couple of pedals with only minor tweaks
@@ethanhusak Agreed 100%.
Great video! I tend you use my tube screamer with strats exclusively but you made it sound sweet with humbuckers. Nice!
Nice! I don't own a proper strat yet....maybe I should buy one

Nice! I love the strat sound, just got into playing the LPs and never got one
Thanks for posting this. I thought they all sounded good, no obvious better one than any others. So - have to buy one of each…
That's how I do it too😂 everything sounds good in the right context
Cool video. Nice video and audio quality. Best of luck to you
Thank you!

Cranked amps sound great. But pedals are fun too! Everyone has their own method
The Blues Driver.... into a Tube Screamer 🤘🏻😝
I love stacking them!
