Actually, this was produced and originally seen in 1956, when The Toni Company [the makers of "Prom"] was the alternate sponsor of Groucho's "YOU BET YOUR LIFE". Harpo really didn't need the money to do this commercial [and a 30 second spot as well]- but CHICO did. Apparently, Prom wanted them both.....and Chico managed to stay "solvent" for a while, before his gambling habit kicked in again.
Harpo can-a no-a chase-a the girls today it's-a no-a politically correct-a and Chico would-a no-a be-a allowed to talk-a like-a that-a. Times sure have-a changed-a and not always for-a the better-a. Anyway I did enjoy watching this video. Atsa gooda.
