Hi Cody, you always ask for suggestions on videos. So here are more than a few! lol Video ideas: 1. How to stage a room that has outdated wallpaper (and sellers don't want to remove it) 2. If the house needs a professional cleaning, do you have the sellers get that done just the day before you arrive to style? 3. Take us on a walk through of deciding on how to place furniture in a large family room or living room so it photographs best for the listing. 4. Please take us on a walk through on how to stage a very odd shaped room or one with difficulties to work around. (outdated everything!) 5. If you are staging an occupied home, how do you mark furniture that should stay and what needs to go before you return to style it? 5. What to do if the carpet is really bad, and the sellers just want the new buyers to replace it. (you can only cover so much with a rug) It is difficult to style nice furniture on bad carpet. 6. What are the two rugs sizes you end up using the most when staging? Thanks for all the suggestions and videos you share!
Thanks for those suggestions Laura! I've taken some notes for future episodes, but also have some info for you here: 1) Check this past episode out on coloured wallpaper - ruclips.net/video/9eOlJFRzW6w/видео.html 2) Yes the day before is great.
Love all these tips! I use a few of them myself! Would love it if you could provide a link for where you purchase those folding bed frames. I did see some on Amazon but would love to know where you buy yours. Thank you so much!
More tips would be great! Loved these ones!
We'll get to work on part 2

Cody, thank you for all the episodes you put together. You do a great job! Please keep the BEFORE and AFTER photos coming!
thanks Laura. Will do our best to get some more before and after photos in future episodes.
Great tips
Thanks Lynn!
Another great video, always so informative. Would love a part two. 🙂
Thanks! We will get to work on a part 2!
What a great list of tips, thank you. That Hang-o-matic tool is great, going to get one for sure!
Glad you found the video helpful :) Thanks for watching.
Love your tips and your channel! Question - What bed skirts do you use on those fold-able frames?
Thanks Stacey! We use two different types. The Stretchy Elastic type from a shop called Linen House and we also use a quilted valance from Target.

Thanks Katie :) We buy ours from Amazon from a supplier called Artiss Furnishings.
What is the name of that artwork hanging device? That looks great!
It's called a hang-o-matic
