Oven so far has been brilliant, only one snag. When the bulb blew , it shattered the glass and left the fixing wedge firmly in the housing. After a lot of swearing and cussing finally two whole days later it was prized out with pliers. Hope we dont have that to do next time. As it is housed in the roof of the oven , it is an job to get to it and you cannot see what you are doing. I wish the designers would put the bulb in the back of the oven for that reason alone.
I have this oven in a house Ive recently moved into. Shelves are filthy, so I had assumed I could leave them in for the pyro clean. I guess not after watching this....
A real pain in the Harris to take the door off to clean the glass internally the manual is not clear on the locking round pins when putting back on the oven - I have successfully broken something on the right side and internal of the oven (probably a spring has pinged of) it just about closes now.
I have had a look and it doesn't look like the glass can be taken out very easily like you can do on the ovens that are not slide and hide. It may need the door to be dismantled to remove the glass but may need an engineer to do it.
In fact it is not that complicated. There is a video, unfortunately in German, showing it: ruclips.net/video/HDmN2hH7cBc/видео.html but this is an high-end model with LED stripes - so for the here shown model it is even easier. We have a Neff now since ~10 years with slide and hide. I had to disassemble the door because the handle started to wiggle and the screws for it are between the glasses. It was literally a work of 5 minutes to dissemble and the same amount of time for assembling it again (without having it done before).
Does the door storage reduce oven capacity? Love the door design. Our oven slides out so you get things out from the sides. Can be awkward if using 2 or 3 trays.
I’m looking to replace a double oven which is the standard height of 88.8cm, I have up to 112cm available. I have asked on the Neff website if I could put a Neff C17WR01N0B Microwave directly on top of this oven. The 1st time I asked I was told that the 2 models would match as they are both from the same range but didn’t actually answer my question. So I asked again more directly and I was told no, it would need a shelf between the oven and microwave. Do you know the answer? and if so would they both fit in the space I have?
Would have been nice if you had bothered to mention what the symbols to the left and right of the main display are for. Do they light up when selected from the main menu? Perhaps they can be pressed instead of using the main menu or maybe they are just for decoration. Never mind, half the story is better than nothing at all I suppose.
I have one of these ovens and I would NOT recommend people get them - there are vents inside the top of glass and when I wiped over the glass the cleaning product has now gone in between the two pieces of glass. I am yet to attempt the faff at getting out the door to be able to clean the glass. A professional oven cleaner did not want to touch it.

I would never ever buy another Neff oven taking the door off the sliding version is a night mare and I am used to dealing with cooker oven doors STAY AWAY

Remove the shelving and racks; place the racks in a bag with Ovenpride overnight. The racks will be sparkling.

What about when you get dirt and dust between the glass. How do you clean the inside the glass?

I think the B57CR23 model is 13A and the B57CR22 model is 16A.

I think 23 has both rim grilling options because there is a single ~ and a double option in the display menu ~~
Our oven has been set to German language by mistake how do we change it to english
Hopefully, if you disconnect the power to the oven then when you connect it again it should ask what language you want to set.
Look for words like
Einstellung=Settings
Sprache=Language
ändern=change
You don’t need to disconnect the oven, just switch it off at the panel and scroll to settings, mine was in Germany so I looked for the wheel setting.
