- Top 5 BEST Mythical Pokemon. What are the Best/Strongest mythical Pokemon? There are A lot of mythical Pokemon that I really LOVE! But some of these mythical Pokemon I love way more than others. So today I thought I would compile a list of all of my favorite Mythical Pokemon that I think are the best/Greatest. Welcome to my Top 5 Best/Favorite Mythical Pokemon. Now when I say best I don't necessarily mean the strongest mythical pokemon competitively more so just my favorites of the bunch. That could mean design, sentimental value, origin, and yes maybe even competitively. But of course if you guys disagree be sure to let me know your favorite mythical pokemon in the comment section below. DNA: (D)efense form. (N)ormal form. (A)ttack form. The S at the end of deoxys is extra to the first 5 letters of (deoxy)ribonucleic acid (DNA). The speed form of deoxys was also added later in emerald, so (S)peed form

My personal Top 5 list:
5. Darkrai - A Pokemon based on nightmares is an amazing idea. It's a shame its signature move (Dark Void) was nerfed to the ground.
4. Mew - Mew is both cute af and is able to learn transform so it can be any Pokemon in this list :3
3. Deoxys - Able to have many different forms.
2. Victini - I want to hug it omg its so cute♥️ And its signature V-Create kicks ass.
1. Arceus - Being able to be any type is absolutely awesome. A large moveset compliments this amazing ability. 120 base stats for everything isn't bad at all either. Oh yeah, it's also a god but thats a minor detail lul

My Favourite is magikarp though....
If i remember the movie correctly, darkrai, misunderstood by all, turned out to be the good guy trying to protect them from Dialga and Palkia battling and destroying the town in the process. So while yes, you did say you weren't familiar with the movie, which is totally fine, i find it funny that you especially highlight that he's that intimidating (not that you're wrong, he does look extremely menacing and badass) while in the movie the conclusion was the exact opposite.

9:04 Wrong, the fact that it's in the Delta Episode is EXACTLY why it's no longer a mythical. A mythical pokémon is a legendary pokémon that can't be caught in game without some form of recieved item through event. The Delta Episode is just a post game story so no, it isn't a mythical pokémon anymore. This isn't a hate comment, just factual and educational information.

Deoxys is my absolute favorite Pokemon of all time, since I appreciate people's ability to be flexible and adapt under situations, Deoxys fills that out so well. Don't even get me started with the design, colors, and mysterious origins. Love you even more now

No. Legendary Pokémon and Mythical Pokémon have always been completely separate categories. It's just hard for us people outside of Japan to completely understand that, given how long we've been calling Mythicals Legendaries over here.

My favorite Mythical Pokemon is Victini, it's actually one of my favorite Pokemon of all time. Too bad I'll probably never be able to have one, because Game Freak just LOVES to lock content away from anyone who doesn't buy the game within the first month or something dumb like that. That part about you being made fun of for liking Pokémon... I resonate with this so much. People don’t understand these days, as Pokémon is “cool” now with Pokémon go and the Nintendo switch. But back when I was a kid playing on the game Boy advance sp and Nintendo ds, people called you a nerd and a loser for liking Pokémon, it was considered a thing for very little kids

5: Victini - One of my favorite movies from the anime
4: Magerna - Pretty cool theories and backstories about it, so it's cool.
3: Jirachi - One of the first mythical Pokemon I obtained, plus it's cute- so-
2: Mew - It's a bubblegum cat that keeps saying 'mew'...plus the entire 'trying to recreate mew' thing.
1: Manaphy - My top favorite mythical pokemon because of the movie (Feels), its design is adorable and based off a deep sea slug called clione, and I love its pokemon cry. (I've always wanted one- but obtaining it is so annoying- especially with the newer gens and stuff)

My favorite Mythical Pokemon are all the 100-base stat pixies: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, Shaymin, and Victini. But I also really like Meloetta, with the whole musical theme, and Darkrai is cool, too.

My favorite mythical Pokémon is also my favorite Pokémon of all time and that is Arceus. When you can become any Pokémon type you are amazing in my opinion
I actually can’t choose which is my favorite Mythical Pokemon because I have three special Mythical Pokemon on my list (Shaymin, Victini, and Marshadow). Victini has always seemed to brought me good luck whenever it came to the franchise, and thus it quite literally is my victory Pokemon. Shaymin is just so awesome and I love everything about it. And Marshadow is literally the most awesome way they could have made a Fighting/Ghost type Pokemon, and I wanted to see that typing for so long. So all in all, I can’t choose, so I’ll just give credit to all three of them together. They truly are special Pokemon to me. 🙂
