Because ubuntu hay alot of bugs. I worked on test erpnext I follow your video to lets encrypt erpnext but had no rdns a record and it stuck now I have backup but not working or restoring If some one need to try I will public link
1- If you have an ERPNext backup, dont worrry about db or ubuntu crash. We can restore it on a new server. 2- If you can create an A record on your domain against the server IP, letsencrypt should work 3- Restoring on same version ??
