Interesting video but I would be very hesitant to say Dave Asprey is someone knowledgable on health - he's a great salesman but has no interest in science, simply just wants to sell you books and his 'super' coffee. I would look into him a bit more before following any of his pseudo science!
Very very fair! I can see what you mean in terms of his sometimes bad intentions. Thanks for the reminder. Just goes to show I need to broaden my sources for learning about health & wellness. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated :)
Dude, this is really good. I actually learned stuff! But I'm curious to know why you think this is a better option than Huel? What specifically makes this better?
Glad to hear it dude, mainly no seed oils, cleaner ingredients, and low carb. But in any scenario if you have time to make a nutritious meal (see precision nutrition for those) then that blows huel and HLTH code out of the water.
The whole list had me scratching head... So much stuff in a drink... I get it if you have a medical issue and can't eat normal food, but my God man that's a long list of ultraprocessed ingredients!
Dude you’re videos are awesome. You nail every thumbnail

How did u get kujawski oil in USA???
Not sure you should be advising anyone on nutrition until you can pronounce those ingredients better, my friend
The ingredients are so real . You couldn’t pronounce at least ten of them
Have you watched The Game Changer ? I think you’d like it, great video !
This video is amazing! Thankyou so much!!! Wish they’d make a vegan version, it looks amazing
Yea I'm out on this one. Vegan or no go.
