    A nice and thoughtful review. My first modern, tactical LED light was a FourSevens Quark. It was a great CO light. Loosen the head for low and for checking, living, breathing bodies during count. Tighten the head for high (500 lumens!). Simple and effective. Another approach is to have two lights. One a dedicated 'low beam' for night shift work and your duty of tactical light for instant turbo and strobe access.

    I have the td02, the sc28, the sc33 and the wurkkos. I can tell you that the td02 is my favorite. Its bright, it throws better than the sc28, and its quick and simple UI is the difference maker.

      Дозвольте уточнити: в чому різниця між td02 і наприклад W03/sc18? Голова та сама, тільки хвостовий перемикач?

    I just got one and I like it. I own Surefire, Streamlight, Nitecore, Fenix and Thrunite. I like the grip on this one more than any other light I own.

    Nice review, pal! @4:31: The tube can be used bidirectional since the bearings on both ends are identical. Just in case someone wants to put the light on the shield of a base cap etc.

    @4:35 agree, especially a 21700 size light.and @11:02 not that it is easier, turning off and half press to get the brightness you want then full press is how that UI was originally intended to be used, it is old school.
    The only time you should click the switch is when you want to stay on the light level you are on or to shut off, everything else, changing modes, programs is all half press.

    Sofirn stepping into the right direction but still it lacks a tactical UI

    • @KYROandHisThings
      @KYROandHisThings  11 месяцев назад +2

      Did you see mode 2? Its direct to turbo with the only other option to switch to being strobe.

      @@KYROandHisThings yeah but maybe a dedicated ring to switch between modes would have been better.. something like nextorch duty lights. Also my preference is sft40 emitter

      @@FluttuantChicken i agree with both of these things. Hopefully if they make a pro version those will be added

      @@FluttuantChicken You thinking something like this? We have done quite a few NEXTORCH lights.

    Can you recommend a belt pouch for this specific light? Thanks!

      Hey, i personally use the clip but i would imagine you should be able to find a universal holster as long as it can fit the dimensions of the SC28, which are: 5.03"D x 1.13"W x 5.03"H

    SC28 UI is problematic it shifts by itself in the wrong time. 👉 SC32 is alot better in my opinion. My decade old Surefire Tactical Flashlight is still alot better than SC28 cuz it's a real tactical flashlight for use with firearms.
