I read in Surah Kahf - when we leave something (haram) for the sake of Allah SWT, His mercy descends on us and our tasks become easy. I also read on google in explanation of Surah Kahf - Do not get too busy with wealth and children. The enduring good deeds are better.

Gave written msgs on multiple forums of YC programs throughout the years but with broken heart and broken mind nobody listened to me. I'm going through the most traumatic way of life in many ways let's say; mental tortures, financial problems, hasad, and all those evils which has been created on this earth. This torned my life physically mentally emotionally financially and collapsed me that I'm unable to perform even my everyday simple tasks. Who's going to listen me??? And find a solution for me??? I'm over burdanise with many things which doesn't comes under my duties even. I'm also a human being and there's no helping hand for me. Who's responsibility am I? Where will I go? I also owe a respectful life. You brothers always say and show that you have changed many lives... WHAT ABOUT ME???? WHAT ABOUT THE SOLUTIONS TO MY PROBLEMS??? WHAT ABOUT MY MENTAL HEALTH? DOES ANYONE CARE???? A sister in Islam needs help.

Also cowards with much ego and much pride use self-defence strategies to protect their own narcissism and tame their aggression. Self-defensive mechanisms are never exercised by the righteous because they never seek alibis to cover up for guilt or flaws.
