Yeah especially when they call u overly sensitive, whenever we’re having some issue inside like anxiety or depression they say we’re overreacting. There’s nothing wrong with having clinical help or therapy when one needs it, but unfortunately mental illness is a taboo topic in our culture and family. Islam encourages getting help like therapy and what not, sadly some parents are delusional thinking you don’t need any clinical help or professional help.
Exactly brother it's only those who themselves have gone through this can actually empathise and understand the pain of us who are going through of anxiety stress depression and all May Allah ease our pain and give patience to deal with it aameen ya elahi aameen ya rabbulalameen

If any of my brothers or sisters are facing depression, anxiety, or stress, just start praying Namaz and keep yourself away from bad deeds, especially pornography and music. Maybe you won't see results immediately because Allah is testing you, but you will see results very soon, Insha Allah. Secondly, start doing tough exercises like weight training or running; they will keep your hormones in balance. Lastly, daily share your experiences with someone in your family or friends who can understand your situation. Think positive; one day, you will share your success story with others, Insha Allah. Guided Discovery Strategy - Find the meaning in a specific thought and find the positive in it. 4. Relaxation - Deep breathing, muscle relaxation, Imagining something beautiful 5. Physical relief strategy - Exercise, Smiling and laughing, Prayer, connecting with others - Visiting Sick, Good friends 6. Sensory relief strategy - using touch, massaging, hot-cold shower, listening to something good and relaxing 7. Emotionally relive strategy - thinking positive thoughts, saying love of Allah (SWT), practicing forgiveness 8. Talking therapy- Self-talk, journaling, Tawakal, Sunnah Diet

Darood ibrahim padhna shuru kiya jab b free hoti thi. Allah ka zirk karna start kiya nayi nayi dua padna start kiya har namaz k baad padhti thi. Islamic motivational videos sunti thi har roz. Yah sab mein aaj b karti hu. Meine 8 mahinu tak depression ki dawai khayi meri halat bohut hi kharab thi but Alhamdulillah aaj mein sukoon mein hu serif Allah se madad maango. Allah ki samne rolo. Agar 5 waqt ki namaz dil se aram se parhi jaye toh anxiety jaisi bemari insan ke qareeb bhi nahi ati
