They need to reduce the awaken gain and awakening steal, aswell as the giant bubble he creates in his awakening. Would also be nice if enemies dont just float there when in the bubble but instead acts like moon gravity

you could *barely* fight Accelerator because the counter gave him moving i-frames, and if he didn't get the combo then he'd just run until he got it back, unless you were playing a character that could instantly pin him down or put him in a combo, you were NOT gonna be able to hurt him
I think kisame is the 2nd strongest character with cell being 1st, he has one gb in both mode and base and pretty long cd on his good moves in base. HIs mode runs out faster than others and if he's in a 1v1 he won't get much value out of feast. He's definitely god tier in pub and 3v3 .
Nah cell isn't the strongest in this update. For me it's: 1.Kisame 2.Arlong And cell in third because you can simply block his base as long as you don't block or dash out of his field's last hit, and dodge his unaimable kamehameha. His awakening is good though.

His first move can be blocked but he can circle around your back leading to a high dmg auto combo, kamehameha is fast with a pretty good hitbox and unpunishable when paired with explosive field. And psycho crash is blockable but can be combined with kamehameha to make your opponent unblock or eat a gb.
