Great to see a young athlete pushing herself against older athletes instead of costing to easy wins in your own age group - you learn far more. Keep smashing it, enjoying it and staying healthy :)
Very much an understatement : (a) MeKenze Kelly, Arkansaw Razorback, 20, is the 2022 u20 World Champion at 400m, she had to improve on her personal best for 200m from last year, (b) Mauricia Prieto, 27, Na'asha Robinson, 26, and Jada Baylark, 25, are all professionals, (c) Arian Linton, 19, and post grad Kennedy Blackmon, 24, are the 2 remaining College sprinters. I felt Aria did superbly well to reach the 200m final against such opposition.
I remember in 1989 at 15 yrs old I ran 25 seconds flat in the 200 m and thought that was good at the time. Aria would have blown the doors off me and nearly all the 8ths grade and Freshman boys back then. Keep it up wish you the best in your track season.
See my reply to richardwatts6802, Aria was competing against national champions, U20 world champions, and world champion finalists. Despite this she was only a 1/3 second away from claiming a scalp in the 200m.
Looks like you’re getting out of the blocks better. Great job! I know it’s no fun finishing back in the pack but your day is coming! Just keep on keeping on!🤗🏅🏆
Looking great out of the blocks, especially in the 100, but fading toward the end. Keep grinding; it will come, even against such top-notch competition!
Great talent and I enjoy following your progress. I just hope they don’t push you too hard too soon or too little too late. Coming from a total amateur.
Thanks to mom and dad for posting these. Gee, America has so many great sporting facilities.

Of the professionals, the weakest was Mauricia Prieto, 27, a Trinidad and Tobago triple national champion, and a World sprint finalist.
Keep your head up Kansas Girl and keep at it!

Go Aria!
That is the way to being the best. Just keep plugging away. Good luck.
Great job Aria. Looking good out of the blocks, and sub 24 again. Well done.
Strong out of the blocks!
She was on sub 11.50 pace on that first 50m of the 100
You are a terrific inspiration to everyone that is considering. this career.
Finishing back in the pack helps Aria learn what she still needs to work on.
