when tyler said that they never get embarrassed about their old albums because thats what they could have achieved of at those points, they must always be the greatest.

I welcome every member of the band to chime in when I do interviews but Tyler wrote/produced the album so there are some things that only he can answer.
Nalbis, in his video breakdown of the album said that the Nicolas Bourbaki group centred themselves around the idea of topology meaning that no matter can really change when you get down to it. That it doesn’t matter how much something may “morph” it will have the same characteristics and behaviours. Much like The idea in TOPs song morph that Nicolas Bourbaki is trying to impose on Tyler telling him he belongs to that theory. No matter how he changes he can’t escape his insecurities and fears and all the negativity.
