That is a beautiful area, I visited there for my birthday, diner out there, grabbed some Crumbl and posed for some pictures. Thanks for showing this area.❤❤❤❤
I've been stalking Texas for a while, and Townlake and Bridgeland have me in a chokehold. How did these homes do in the recent hurricanes? I'm looking to relocate there as well. As a Florida Realtor I love your channel and the information you provide.
Thanks for the support. They didn’t lose power in the last hurricane. But nowhere is completely safe these days. Just plan for a generator no matter what. Here’s my calendar if you wanna connect and ask specific questions ☺️: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
Come on you won’t regret it cypress one of my dream places to live I’m moving over there when my crypto profile explodes this bull run lol 😅 you should look at tomball tx as well the new construction 🏗️ over there is nice also. They sleeping on tomball
Ok I’ve reviewed this video. I could tell this was the Cypress Area….my last home was in that area Black Horse Ranch🐎. The homes are very nice, even the million dollar build was very nice….i have my favs in Meridiana
Beautiful homes! I wonder how much you end up paying monthly all in on a master community as oppose to buying a pre-owned home outside of those communities.
The home prices themselves aren’t much lower in the neighboring communities. The savings will come in the slightly lower HOAs and property taxes. But the property taxes are usually pretty close unless you buy a much older home in a community that was completed a while back.
Some auction it off. Others will pack it up and take to a new model. I’d imagine that you could put an offer on it for the furniture included. Not sure id pay a premium for an old house but I know some prefer that

When these model homes are sold, is all the staging removed or do the buyers get the opportunity to purchase as is, or even with some of the stuff?
