how do you check-in upon arrival to the hotel if you need a key to access the lifts to the 23 floor?

Hi! that is a good question. Upon arrival, the concierge (desk immediately before the room with the lifts) will buzz you in and guide you to the 23rd floor for general check in. I believe those with high Marriott status or who booked a suite can check in at the Club Lounge on the 22nd floor.
