Just found your channel, im just in the process of resetting up a layout and the first time doing it myself so its a fun learning curve. I think your layout is amazing and ill 100% be using your tips amd tricks and hopefully one day mine will look half a realistic as yours. Good job mate
Hi James. Glad your on board. I hope my layout will inspire you all the way. It just takes time and imagination and a bit of cash. Good luck with your project and may be see you on RUclips some day. All the bet. Mick.
I am a huge fan of the class 66. I am one of many rail modellers who has eyes on the Accurascale Class 66. My one is hoping to be no.66763 "Severn Valley Railway" in GBRF. Because I'll be doing a decent sort out of models to part exchange at Cheltenham Model Centre, there could be a potential for a second one which I'm interested in no.66507 in Freightliner. Along with my Bachmann class 66 no.66711, this would show class 66 revolution spanning early 2000s, 2005 and a low emission variant made in 2014-2016 (the year of the last class 66s ever made)
Thank you very much for your comment. I to love the 66 as you have seen on my layout. I also am waiting for another 2 to arrive .Hope you enjoy the video's All the best. Mick
I have 4 bachmann 66s from around 2005 original release and I find them absolutely fabulous just enough detail and they only cost around £55 each, thay were all dcc ready when perchesed from hattons but now dcc fitted with lenze chips I haven't bought anything new for a while but I'm just asking is the current bachmann 66 any different from the original? Many thanks
@@brianfearn4246 Hello again Brian. You won't get them at that price anymore. I have 13 Bachmann 66's my first was £53 up to £137. I then went to Hatton's 66 having purchased 5. now got 2 on order from Accurascale. The new Bachmann may have better lighting but do they still have a driver ?. All the best. Mick
Thanks for watching and your comment. It's amazing what viewers pick up when a video is viewed. The bus certainly brought back a memory for you. Take care. Mick
