I mean that's part of it. Even though I'm "only" 28 I've definitely had an 'interesting' life to say the least. Educate yourself when you're young. Look up how the subconscious mind works, amygdala hijacks (Yeah I know sounds like some kind of foreign computer hacking term but actually it happens everyday all the time), self-compassion, what really gives you fulfillment, what really provides happiness or not and what the research says. Because I can just say it outright but you're not going to believe me or anybody because some of it is just so counterintuitive. But giving others the option, don't have to listen, to trust me to enjoy a more full life and this complicated AF world-- is absolutely worth it

My grandma lived to be in her early 90's and in the last few years she was alive she told me not to carry anger around. She told me you have to get over things and move on. The calendar moves and you have to live your best life..

The grandma in the colorful sweater (2:50) is everything! I don't know if she's still around, she was already quite old but I hope to be like her.
And here I am at 18 with the overwhelming fear of dying... I'm sure these women could care less and are living their lives the best they can. Meanwhile I sometimes dont see the point in doing anything. But I guess this helped a bit. Live my best years while I can.
As another 18 year old (even though you’re 19 now) in our lifetime there will be life extension, immortality that comes with life extension and we will eventually prove the afterlife within our lifetime, plus suspended animation. So don’t fret. Try to live long enough to achieve your life’s ambitions and purpose and you will be prepared to die whenever that is.
That's a common fear trust in God and ask for his protection. What are you doing with your life nowadays?

longevity kinda runs in my family: my great grandpa died at 108 (according to my grandpa) my great aunt is 102, she’s the best neurologist at her hospital and plays tennis every day and my grandma is 97 and runs 7 miles a day

“Take risks now while you’re young and you won’t have to take risks when you’re that old” I think that was the most best one! That’s like what I tell people do what’s easy now and life will be hard later but if you do what’s hard now aka taking risks life will be easier later when you’re older because you only go up in age so the logical thing to do would b to be grinding and setting yourself up for life later on .
