@@northernlightfilms9819non, here in Norway non of bikeman products made power, some guys ordered stage 2, and 3 on the old etec 800, even the 860 bigbore than never worked, at least not at sea level. We have dyno pushed alot of kits and aftermarket parts from the states here in Norway, and there are only jaws and dynoport that have made the power they promised, so with that said, I wouldn’t even consider any other brand 🤷🏻♂️

I'm actually wondering why a snowmobile brand hasn't picked up on the STIHL 4 mix engine technology. It's basically just adding valves to a 2-stroke engine. Like a 2 stroke, it completely lubricates the bottom and top end with the fuel/oil mix. The advantage is that, it would have very little extra weight. There's no oil sump or oil weight. That would also allow the engine to be as low in the chassis as a 2 stroke. You would have all the torque of a 4 stroke with the advantage of not wasting boost like a 2 stroke. 2 stroke turbo are very low boost because after a point around 8-10lbs you're just wasting that boost and extra gas out the exhaust, because the exhaust port is open during the compression stroke. With 4 mix the exhaust port is closed during compression similar to a traditional 4 stroke. The limit on boost would then be pump gas and not cylinder pressure forcing out the exhaust port. You could easily run 250-270 HP on pump gas while being virtually the same weight as the current 850. Not to mention use WAY WAY less gas.

Well, the claim that the 850 R is just tuned up 850 Turbo, might not be the whole truth. Did the guy at Bikeman forgot that the R engine has: New cylinderhead, New injectors, New tougher CVT components, New chain, New Airbox, New ECU etc...
When we are riding familiar areas we don't necessarily keep the screens on. Still exploring the functionality but it's running onX and Google Earth flawlessly. Battery seems to last for about three ride days

Dynoport have tested them all, as we have in Norway, non of them work! Yeah sure we can sweep run a dyno and get a 12 hp peak, but all that is bull*** when you hold it on the clutch 10 seconds or more, that’s when you see the power or gain, even I could make a pipe or y pipe that peaks 10-20 hp on a sweep run and advertise that as gain 😂💀💀🖕
Bikeman sucks lol.. jaws makes a better pipe that adds the same amount of horsepower without a tuner and also still has the heatshield. Bikeman is just better at giving free stuff to RUclipsrs so they make videos about how good their stuff is lol…

We wanted to put this thing on the dyno but with scheduling and time constraints we couldnt make it work. We have dyno graphs posted on our website.

Yeah, we lost like 6 hp in the old 800 etec with basic kits, and the bigbore 860 didn’t even work at sea level, jaws and dynoport ftw! 💪🏁
