This was a lovely video but i want to say one thing so people don't get confused. I live in europe and i have to say that travelling around Europe is NOT cheap at all. It is very expensive. You can travel on a budget by staying in hostels or at people's houses for free, maybe eating only from the grocery store, but it's by no means cheap. Unfortunately there are Europeans who cannot even afford traveling within their own country. I just thought that people outside of Europe should know that. Have an amazing time in Sicily!
I lived in Switzerland with my boyfriend for 8 years and we moved back last year. The thing is... since Covid we changed our mindsets and realised we want to be near our families and friends. It is priority and it is what life is all about. We moved home and I am glad we did. It is not what Swiss was, of course not, but home is home. And if I can drink coffee with my parents every week, so be it. I want to be here for them and see them grow old. I feel you Sissel. It is not easy! Enjoy your time with your family!
I just got back from a month visiting my parents in america and the guilt when i left this time was SO real. I guess as the years go on i feel more and more guilty every time i say ‘see you later’ to them. Anyways have an amazing trip!!!! You deserve it 💛

I'm just finishing the last book of the court of thorns and roses hahah. I really liked it so i'm sure you'll enjoy it too (although for me personally the first book needed some discipline to get through...). If you do end up liking this series I can totally recommend her other series called throne of glass (its one of my favorite books). The books are kind of long and there's a total of 5 books so it's a defnitely a commitment, but the storyline is amazing and quite a bit more complex/developped compared to court of thorns and roses. Have fun reading!!
