- Join me and Phil @R6PhilOutdoorEnthusiast for a night in the Yorkshire Dales wildcamping on the summit of Pen-y-ghent
After hiking to the top, unusually for us, we encounter perfect conditions having pitched the tents mere metres from the summit...clear skies, not a breath of wind...perfect for a couple of candle lit beers in the wind shelter.
Be sure to stay tuned for the sunset timelapse, shot with both the Canon R5 and DJI Action 3 - there's even a spot of Astro Photography.
Having pitched up in the morning we descend via a short detour to the impressive Hull Pot before hitting the market town of Settle for a spot of Breakfast.
