Nhlanhla 'Lux' Dlamini was arrested on Thursday after a Soweto resident laid charges against him. Reporter Lindokuhle Xulu is monitoring this story outside the police station. #DStv403

If the government and police were doing their jobs, this operation was not gonna be existing. Where are 30 police vans when we need them. Either they never come, claiming there are no police vans. Or come when people are dead already , and never get hold of criminals. What's the use of coming in numbers just to arrest one person who is not a threat to the police, and worse from the famous radio station. The government should be blamed for all this chaos. They promised people jobs, houses and better lives, but dololoh. This Dudula is the way of forcing the police and government to do their jobs Klaar.

I understand you lack information on the level of poverty some of these countries are experiencing. There are people fighting for basic food to survive before they even worry about other basic human rights. Situations out there in those countries are terrible but media coverage usually don't get to show you all that. Noone would prefer a foreign land as opposed to their own land obviously. Foreigners in South Africa have been hunted and killed before several times yet they remained there, noone wants to die, that on its own goes to show you how desperate people are that they risk their lives to stay there regardless. Are they going to match for foreigners to be in South Africa without having papers , while they can't be in other countries without papers? They must understand that when our leaders were in their countries without papers , it was a war zone apartheid time, and they were not there to sell drugs but to hide. There is no smoke without a fire. The community could not have dreamt about the drugs. Drug Lords don't keep their stash in their own house. It is somewhere outside. I worked 10 years ago in Hammanskraal and lived in a guest house where I was the only adult amongst ten college students that lived there. Every weekend there was something strange about those kids. Every weekend there was a madala that drove in there in a Mercedes Benz. When I questioned the owner of the guest house she told me that it was better that I don't get involved for my own safety.
Community signed petitions and also asked for help from the police non happened. Lux nd operators were invited by surrounding community of 57 yrs old.. Police also were there even when this happened... Chiller poi not the leader
