A 2 degree difference at the 200 watt power point is not a huge difference and the U14s is much easier to clean and lighter on the motherboard. I just got convinced to not replace my NH-U14S Dual cooler towers can cool slightly better than single tower coolers, but they will always have the design flaw of hot air from the first tower, contaminating the second tower's air intake, greatly reducing efficiency. Also the NH-U14S is one of the quietest and quieter than the two fan models.
My noctua U12A is much better than the NH-U14S and it has not been able to cool a 13th gen i7 well reaching 100º at 219w, I had to lower it to 205w to keep it below 90-92º, each generation is different, so they would have to do tests again with the latest generations to find out if there is a cooler that can handle them at a temperature below 92º in the stress test without having to lower the watts. Could an Ak620 with this generation? I don't know..
