Morgan Frazier's performances on The Voice that season were so gold. Even her playoffs song, "Lips of an Angel," was one of the best performances of the season. She should have gone so much deeper into the competition.
though morgan does have a more experienced singing voice, at the end of the day its not always about who sings better, performance will always be the key factor overrall. Emily has the whole package, she has a great voice and has the look but most importantly has the potential. Blake made the right choice, she was runner up almost won the entire thing
Ill admit it. Sometimes its not always about the voice but the whole package and Emily had it. If you remember though Blake stole Morgan back after the next round. So both of them ending up going on yet Emily came in second and Morgan didn't make to the finals. So Blake did the right thing. Sometimes its about strategy.

Emily Ann Roberts went on to finish runner up this season. since then she has gone on to do sooooooooo much more than the winner. she is a huge success now and the winner has hardly even been heard from since. which is sad because he had such an amazing voice. but the worst thing about this show is its NOT REALLY about the singing, its about the judges. always has been. this show does absolutely nothing to help the singers once they win. at least on AMERICAN IDOL, ( who also does nothing for the winners) the winner gets a lot of money !
its not about the singing. he said he picked Emily Ann because he thought she could go farther, AND SHE HAS !!! look up her song THE BUILDING !!!! oh my goodness if it doesnt make you cry you dont have a heart !!! its beautiful.

It’s pretty obvious the other girl sang better, but Emily Anne has that striking country look to her. Nobody wants to admit that though.
Morgan started selling cd's door to door at 9 years old - she is a class act!! I was so sad Emily won over her.
