No lie. His breathe-control and little nuances completely set him apart. He's 10/10 on all the things a GOAT singer needs but also a 10/10 on just about every little nuance when it comes to singing
Theres a few small flaws though, his voice gets a bit shout-y when he went for the second exist in chandelier, and other small things like that but for the most part my guy is a baller on the singing court
Jordan for sure was one of the best contestants on the voice. His voice was very unique and was very controlled and he sang those runs like they were so easy and it seemed that his breathing was very controlled he was just so good
he can sing exactly what he fucking wants. His voice is pure perfection and so is his mastery of it. He can't compare to tv shows contestants. He can compare to music giants. Amazing.

I'm so glad he won and that a competition like the voice does there auditions blind so they can hear truly hear, no bias or prejudices to how they appear just the voice. I’ve never seen such an expression of genuine shock and disbelief as I have on Adam and Blake’s face every time that Jordan begins singing. I also always found it interesting that Blake was the first to recognize his talent in the audition

I watched all Jordan Smith videos like over a dozen times other than I bought all of his albums,his beautiful poster with his hand signature and listens his songs either in iTunes,,Spotify or Pandora almost everyday. The world needs more an artist like him especially with a lot of chaos and sorrows that has been going on around the globe. Pentatonix version is beautiful. There is a version with the original singer, mark lawry, that is so incredible that it makes me cry. This is the only other version that makes me cry.

There used to be TWO voices that never failed to give me goose bumps when I listened to them: Steve Perry...and Sade. After watching "The 5th Wave" I added someone I've just never heard before (I'm a hermit apparently). That was the voice of SIA. Half an hour later after trying to drink in her voice through various videos I'm happy to report a FOURTH VOICE that just shakes my emotions: Jordan. Good lord he is blessed!

Jordan graduated with my little sister and I first heard him sing in the Harlan county gym at graduation and when I heard him I looked over at my dad and said this guys better than 90% of the people on tv today. This guy is 🔥 and can sing anything.
