Lovely K28!! 🎉 I have the B30 in BF and I love the richness of the leather - think I like it more now (2 years) than when I first got it. It definitely has gotten caught in the rain but it dries pretty fast, though I wouldn’t carry it in heavy rain. It does have the random marks but they’re not really scratches just impressions on the leather and I think that’s what will make the bag look special and the patina will make them blend. Though the Togo is definitely an easier leather to wear and you can never go wrong with that!

Yes it’s actually not that big although will carry much more than the 25. 25 is absolutely a great size and will fit all the essentials but for an extra umbrella or cardigan/scarf or even water bottle probably the 28 will fit more as it’s more of a true medium sized bag 😊
Beautiful Kelly 28 Clara! Congrats. I love the veins, it gives the bag character I have a B30 in BF leather. I find the scuffs are always there (my bag is from 2018 so it has patina). I think you have to accept the scuffs long term. If it bothers you it might not be the best choice for a quota bag spend. Also whenever I get my BF wet with spots they disappear instantly so I think it’s ok in the rain. I always carry a waterproof cover for it tho, just in case. I would have thought the Togo is the best bet if you want the bag to look the same in years to come. It’s funny we are twinning on 2 bags - Etain Kelly 25 GHW and black chevre K25 in GHW. I wanted a K 25 in retourne Togo gold on gold, but recently bought a Kelly 25 in sellier in peau porc leather instead. it’s a bore leather. It’s really rare. It is going to be featured on the LLS members unboxing I think, I sent some photos to Amy. I don’t know how that will wear, I shall keep the luxees updated. I personally think you chose the best bag for your needs. Looking forward to the review videos! ❤

Are the scuffs on your B30 very visible or have they patina over time ? So interesting that we share two of the same bags !! I love them both very much and excited to see your bags on LLS!!
@@ClaraZeela yes I still get new scuffs on the B30, despite the fact it’s 5 years old now. If I want them to disappear I massage it out like lambskin. They do go, but new ones appear with fairly minimal use. I think if you haven’t been 100% happy with the halzan it wouldnt be a good idea to pay quota bag prices for a Kelly. BF is definitely a rustic look

Congrats Clara she’s perfect! I would choose Togo over Barenia. I had a cell phone case in barenia and didn’t love how dark it turned in just a couple weeks. As far a veining I don’t mind it. Like you I considered turning down a bag for 2 seconds and then I thought what am I thinking take it 🤣enjoy it 💓

Yes, definitely the capacity is much larger than the 25!! It's not as big as a tote but still a good sized medium bag!
