My main interest is business structure and I want to put people in their correct roles using Ernest Sirelli's business structure: product or service, marketing/sales, and financial controls and analysis but perhaps adding a CEO to facilitate communication between the three legs of this stool.

So I'm currently observing and educating myself as best I can to further understand how this occupation, and my job within logistics correspond. I feel that this has helped me tremendously. If you were on the panel, what would reassure you? I have digested this video and other research, and I am actively covering all my bases, but I thought it would be good to get some feedback.
I would focus on culture, change impact, communications - enough to demonstrate that you understand some of the major work streams of change. If you have the background, I would also highlight your operational / business experience, which helps make a better change consultant. I hope this helps and good luck!
