@@artemis4791 not likely, Mitsuri-chan is russian and adds russian dialogue in their videos including english in their newer videos, wouldnt make sense to not use their first language.

Я посмотрела и у Mitsuri нет такого видео но персонажи по дизайну полностью индентичны в чëм и странность. Смотря по прежнему контенту именно этого канала это очень странно что автор данного видео решил так резко поменять контент.
Я на самом деле не знаю точно. Но отмечу здесь Mitsuri для уточнения.
