In level 4's "pericarditis" case, the pr-depression is not enough for the diagnosis of the pericarditis. The ST-depression in lead III actually rules it out, so it is most likely a lateral MI with reciprocal changes in the right-sided leads. If you want to call it pericarditis, you're not allowed to have ANY ST-depression in other leads than V1 or aVR.

@@MelSabatino88There are many ways to calculate the heart rate. One way is to divide 60 by the RR interval in seconds. Another technique which you mentioned is to count the number of R waves in a 6 second strip and then multiply by 10.
