The muscle becomes sore and you tend to get pain. Use beatxp portable massager after you reach you room/home after the ride. Regular body warmup and stretch workouts will get rid of this pain and replace your handle bar with aom handle bar you feel much difference in the egronomics. Lovely vlog
Welcome to the world of biking and adventure please don't worry about the stiffness of muscles it will be there for couple of rides and then your body will be adjusted to the posture of riding until that you will have to hang on ....!!!!

I do feel the GoPro is focused on the dashboard of the bike, rather the front view of the road.

Which bikes have u driven in the past ? And how does this RE feel? Is seat height any issue ?
I'm just getting started as a rider Nikhil, this is the only bike I've been on so I can't compare. For me, height is not an issue, atleast not yet
