I created the sheet music with musecore, then I exported it as a midi file on Cakewalk bandlab (or any other DAW program) to put a better piano sound (garritan cfx concert grand) then sent it to synthesia for the animation. Finally, I added video effects with davinci resolve (premiere or after effect is also good) to change how synthesia looks.
